RUFUS was founded in 1980 in Empoli, 20 km from Florence, as a tailor of leatherwear for men and women by a family that has been passing down this traditional craft since 1948.
The company profile is strongly characterised by its efficient management of the production process, which is carefully monitored from the creation of styles through to sales.
RUFUS creates a total look, comprising jackets, coats, skirts and trousers in leather, shearling and also fabric with fur trim.
The design, the modelling, the prototyping and the cut of the leather, the development of the cuts and the choice of components and accessories are all processes carried out in-house for a completely Italian-made product.
